Interior Design

Let’s see how we can turn your current space into your dream space. How can we best reflect your taste and lifestyle which making the most of its function? We’ll see which of your current items work in the space, which can be updated or repurposed and what we can add to make your vision a reality. We’ll make suggestions for cosmetic changes like colour, accents, millwork and lighting.

Once we’ve set up the plan, we’ll create a mood board or rending of the plan and set up the right team to get the project done.

Occupied Staging

Occupied staging allows you to maximize your home’s saleability while allowing you to keep living in it. Who wants to move before moving?!

Using your existing furniture and decor, we’ll make sure your home looks its best. We’ll start by wrapping up those straggler projects and finish with those extra decor details buyers will be sure to remember.

Staging also involves decluttering, depersonalizing to increase your home’s appeal. We also have a variety of decor pieces and artwork available for rent for that extra touch.
